2. Transportation & Logistics Protocols
Ready to ship? Our forwarding and delivery services are subject to current transit availability and seasonal routing adjustments. We require accurate cargo manifests for all freight transportation to ensure compliance with Greenwood Village and federal transit regulations.
- All loads must be balanced and secured for safe transit.
- Hazardous materials require 48-hour advanced written notification.
- Detention fees apply after the first two hours of wait time at the dock.
3. Warehousing & Storage Solutions
Are you utilizing our Bullhead Freedom storage facilities? Our warehouses for freight transportation are climate-monitored and high-security zones. Lease agreements for storage space are billed monthly. We maintain the right to inspect all stored units for safety and structural integrity.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we handle every pallet with extreme care, BULLHEAD FREEDOM STORAGE, L.L.C. liability is limited to standard industry rates unless additional premium coverage is purchased during the booking process. We don't cover losses due to improper packaging by the shipper or acts of nature during transit.
